I, the undersigned client, hereby grant Bentli Dawn Photography (Bentli Cherry) the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and copyright photographs and/or video taken of me during our photography session.
This permission includes:
- Use in portfolios, websites, and social media
- Use in marketing materials and advertisements
- Use in photography competitions and exhibitions
- Modification, retouching, and cropping as needed
I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for the use of these images. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.
I release Bentli Dawn Photography from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of these images.
